1. Shipping Costs
a. Shipping costs will be confirmed upon order placement.
b. Shipping cost in Metro Melbourne: $10 freight charges
c. Shipping cost in rural Victoria & Interstate: KPS team will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm freight charges. Delivery charges for interstate are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch:
Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the next business day.

We offer a convenient pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our warehouse.

Orders can be picked up from our warehouse during our business hours:


Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Closed on weekends and public holidays.

2. Pickup Guidelines:

• All customer pickups must have Minimum 1 Hour prior notice.
• Ensure your vehicle has adequate space for transporting large or bulky items.
